Please note we have set up a phone hot line for you to call during inclement weather!

Please also note that “Rain Outs” will not be made up! Teams schedules already include extra games in the expectation of rainouts. Rainouts will only be made up at the League's discretion.

Rainouts will be handled in the following manner:

1. Rain Hotline will be updated by 4:00pm. Date, time, fields that were cancelled will be posted.
2. Any other fields not mentioned should check with coach or division director.
3. Coaches need to notify opponent if not a Merillon team (Girls, Juniors).
4. Coaches, parents, umpires can check after 4pm.
5.  Professional Umpire services will have number to call for cancellations

1. Saturdays (Instructional Only) Instructional Director will update message and make judgment as to playing conditions.
2. Rain Hotline will be updated 1 ½ hours before scheduled game.
3. Date, time, fields that were cancelled will be posted. Any other fields not mentioned should check with coach or division director.
4. Coaches, parents, umpires can check 1 ½ hours prior to scheduled game.
5. Coaches need to notify opponent if not a Merillon team (Girls, Juniors).
6. Professional Umpire services will have number to call in to check

Weekend Games

Note: These fields are known for water problems. If you have a game scheduled for Dietz Dairy, Manor Oaks or Hillside Grade and it should rain a day prior to your game or the morning of your game, please make an attempt to get to the field that afternoon to see if the field is playable. Please make sure to contact your Division Director to make him aware of field conditions as soon as possible so that he may contact the Umpire in Chief and not have to incur umpires fee's.

Note: All games at Tully Park will be called for rainout by Tully Park itself. Please call the Tully Park hotline at (516) 327-3100. We will make every effort to include any cancellations on our hotline as well.

All field equipment for games played at Manor Oaks School will be stored at Manor Oaks along the fence between Fields #1 & #2. The equipment will be located in a bin with a lock of which all managers and coaches will have the combination for. Home teams will be responsible to pickup and drop off this equipment immediately before and after the game. Please put the equipment back in the same way and area that you found it. Please remember to disassemble the batting tee so it fits properly in the bin .

All field equipment for games and or practices at Hillside Grade School will be stored at Merillon Field House. You will have to first visit the field house and pick-up whatever equipment you need and this equipment must be returned to the Merillon Field House immediately after the game and or practice. Please put the equipment back in the same way and area that you found it. Please remember to disassemble the batting tee so it fits properly in the bin .

All field equipment for games played at Dietz Dairy will be stored in the backyard of Dominic's Italian American Deli. All equipment will be in a bin by the bottle return. Home teams are responsible to pickup and drop off equipment immediately before and after the game. Dominick's Italian American Deli is opposite the playing field on the corners of Wilson and Herrick's Road. Please put the equipment back in the same way and area that you found it. Please remember to disassemble the batting tee so it fits properly in the bin.  Remember: Please use discretion and courtesy when entering someone's property.

All field equipment for games and or practices at Tully Field #1 & #2 will be stored in a box at Tully Park. The box is located to the right as you turn into the parking lot along the fence. The box has two sets of bases one set for the small field and one set with the spikes for the senior teams to be used on the large field with 90' bases. All managers and coaches will have the combination for the box. Home teams will be responsible to pickup and drop off this equipment immediately before and after the game. Please put the equipment back in the same way and area that you found it. Please remember to disassemble the batting tee so it fits properly in the bin.
